Researching algorithms about image and video processing, compressing and realizing with software and hardware for IP-STB and IPTV system. For IPTV: STB solution estimation, video codec design for STB, including compressing algotithms optimizing on MPEG4/H.264, codes trades-off and rate controlling, video cheap evening dresses transmitting and error concealment., and STB hardware/software design.For video VoIP: system design for PC, software desiging with UML and SIP for channel connect, RSTP/TCP for streaming. I built and led two groups of hardware and software engineers, and responsible for the surveillance application system projects. 1) the flat iron shop for us video card for MPEG compression. I led 5 hardware engineers of group to design the video compressing hardware card that is based on PHILIPS SAA7114+TI C6211DSP, and responsible for the blog lace wedding dresses compressing codes optimizing. 2)Led 17 software engineers for the video surveillance application system MP4NET. I also wrote some image processing and video pre-analyzing program. The software was developed with VC6.0+SQL Server2000.
